Clean room, friendly staff, with excellent breakfast options, including fresh fruits and delicious traditional dishes. A relaxing pool area that's just a short walk from the beach.

Everything went smoothly.

Nice and courteous staff who were always there to help. The location was incredible, just a pleasant stroll away from Con Mucho Gusto. Set close to bars and restaurants, it was a plus.

The hotel is in a marvellous and stunning location in the forest. And it's nestled in a new building just next door to an open wall pizza restaurant, well visited as well as the beach and main strip of Tamarindo.

It is in best possible location to Tamarindo Beach, set close to the hotel. The bus stop is 600 feet away. The room is fairly priced. There is good choice of savoury food for breakfast...

Noisy on the first floor. I recommend choosing an upstairs room for a quieter experience.

Things I wish I knew before I tried it

I was delighted by the really good customer service, especially from the staff who went the extra mile to enhance my stay. The pool area was a serene escape. Plus, there are free towels for both the pool and beach available anytime.

I enjoyed the Thursday night social with snacks and wine, which was a fantastic way to meet fellow travelers. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants made exploring Tamarindo effortless.

The staff is eager to help with activities.

Our room had red ants upon arrival, made for an unpleasant start. Despite reporting it, the solution was merely ant spray that didn't work. The shower had issues twice , and service explanations seemed lackluster regarding these problems.

The pool is pristine, perfect for sunbathing. I appreciated the available co-working spaces with stable Wi-Fi for remote work.

We loved the personalized attention from the staff it was like family. The breakfast toast was amazing a must-have every morning.

It wasn't cheap but acceptable for what we got.

The staff were friendly, always going the extra mile to help us. The cafe served some of the best food in town, and we loved the refreshing pool, a perfect escape from the sun. Everything we needed was right near everything.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was occasionally spotty, and the hot water required some adjustments, which could be improved.
